Robert Gephardt Sunmount Developmental Center ICAD investigator Tupper Lake New York sexually harass female employees

This man uses his position to sexually harass female employees. Maybe the state should investigate his conduct. His boss, Michael Kmack should have his past investigated as well.

I guess that will never happen because the policy at Sunmount is, "do as I say, not what I do" because I will get you.

"Remember the Christmas Card" ICAD gave us new employees. I took it as a threat but everyone else laughed when I tried
to bring it to our political leaders a year ago.

Here is one of many things that was said to me. You better watch out because ICAD will get you. A cold chill went down my spine.

I wondered if I was still in America. This card I heard was sent to Albany. Nothing was done of course.
