On August 28th of 2007 and purchased a Bully Xtreme @ exercise machine and a package of bonus items. This was in response to an email blitz by the company offering a special deal because it was the CEO's, supposedly an ex-Ranger named Frank Sherill, sons' birthday celebration. Almost immediately I recieved an order confirmation email and information indicating the item would be shipped Fed Ex with the tracking number to follow. Nothing. I was able to track down a telephone number through Pay Pal, 918-418-3153, and reached a recording with a message to the effect that the items were back ordered and would be shipped upon receipt.
Time passes and I attempt to check the order status but none of the customer service links on the website go anywhere - dead-end urls. I contact Pay Pal for reinmbursement, and I'm informed that to much time has passed, over 60 days and they can not re-imburse the money. The website is still advertising, but I've found other mentions of "failure to deliver" in various online forums, including Amazon.
