I recently purchased a Healthgrades report after viewing the free sample, in order to get the "comprehensive" information they claimed came with the premium report.  The report I purchased was virtually identical to the free report.  The information they charged $13.00 for was available in five other places for FREE.

To make matters worse, I tried to contact Healthgrades and request a refund and they not only refused to give me a refund, but cancelled the "watchdog" service that came with the file I purchased.  This is nothing less than stealing.

After several attempts to contact a human at Healthgrades, I received an e-mail from a Stephanie Brasson telling me that "they've already responded to my e-mail".  They refused to give me their address or phone number.

Avoid this company at all costs.  In my opinion they are nothing but decieptful con-artists that refuse to answer any e-mail that questions their integrity.
