I signened up for a trial offer of Hydroderm. I received my trial order with a note inside that read thath my bank account will be charged $80.00 monthly to automatic send his product. I did no approve this action.

I contacted the company by telepone several times to dispute this order, and I am constantly being told that their computers are down , call back. I am unable to get satisfaction or resolve this matter with this company. Please help.
