Jesse Willms Founder Of Wu-Yi Tea (WuYiSource) Within one hour of ordering, I canceled my order FOUR times. Yet you charged my credit card SIX days later. Addresses In Canada, Cyprus And Las Vegas When I contacted one office, they said to contact the other office!

I cancelled my order FOUR times, yet you charged my credit card account SIX days later. It was UNAUTHORIZED, therefore FRAUDULENT and ILLEGAL,

I called your customer service number on Dec. 17, 2007 almost one hour after placing an order and talked with a Veronica. I told her that I was canceling my order #292575. Veronica confirmed her understanding that I was canceling said order and told me that she would be sending me an email confirming my cancellation. Her confirmation email never came.

The next day (12/18/07 @ 10:13 a.m.) I called your customer service number again and spoke with Maria and George. Both persons confirmed their understanding and accepted my cancellation. They both assured me that my account would not be charged and no merchandise will be sent to me.

Just to be sure, I emailed you my letter of Dec 18, 2007 listing 13 reasons why I decided to NOT do any business with you – Wu-Yi Source. A copy of my email to you was also sent to Washington Mutual, my credit card issuer. I have documented the above correspondence.

Despite two written cancellations and two phone calls cancelling my order, you charged my credit card account. Then I received two (2) email from you telling me that you have refunded the $6.95 charge; one from a Mike Stef dated Tue, 12/18/07 @ 5:14 p.m., and the other from a Nathan (no last name) dated Thu 12/20/07 @ 10:40 a.m. You did release that hold against my account on 12/21/07.

However, to my total disbelief, you AGAIN debited (not just a hold) my credit card account today (12/24/07) for $6.95 plus a Foreign Transaction Fee of $0.06! After informing you FOUR separate times that I was canceling my order, which part of my cancellation did you not understand, Jesse? What you did was highly unethical and ILLEGAL.

I am therefore filing an official complaint against you and your company for fraud, misrepresentation, Bait and Switch and unauthorized charge to my credit card. I am sending my complaint to the following entities:

Washington Mutual
Federal Trade Commission, Washington, DC
The Attorney General of Texas
The Attorney General of Nevada
Better Business Bureau of Greater Dallas

www.ripoffreport.com

I demand that you refund the unauthorized charge immediately upon receipt of this demand.

Finally, DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ANY MORE as I WILL NO LONGER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU, JESSE WILLMS. AND DO NOT SEND ME ANY UNORDERED MERCHANDISE. IF YOU SEND ANYTHING, IT WILL BE TREATED AS JUNK MAIL AND DISCARDED.

I am glad you decided to credit my c/c account for what you charged me illegally. That was smart.

You have my absolute guarantee that I will NOT be buying anything from you, Wu Yi Source or WuYi Tea in the future. Therefore, be advised that IF you charge my account for anything after today, it will be treated as theft and delt with swiftly.

Again, just to be sure, Jesse Willms, do NOT send me anything and DO NOT charge my account again.

Nightmare Continues!

After my original filing, I thought it was over and I won't ever hear from these crooks again. Well, I was wrong, wrong, WRONG! The charged my credit card $19.95 on 1/23/08 and again $19.95 on 2/26/08! Would you believe?!?!?
With over 70 similar reports, I wish everyone would come here and read just a few of them before they do ANY business with Wu Yi Tea or Jesse Willms!

BEWARE, PEOPLE. You'd be sorry!
