This company is a joke. Their ad said: "Order on pair of socks for $10.00, and get a second pair free (plus additional S/H)." When I received my invoice, I was charged double for the socks. I tried calling, but to no avail. I received a response by email that stated that the reason I was charged double is because I was upgraded to deluxe socks. I didn't upgrade to no deluxe socks, my invoice doesn't indicate that, and their stupid ad doesn't offer any damn upgrade. They're a frickin scam. Check out all of the Ontel products online. There's a bunch of them. They need to go out of business.
