My Choice Medical, Dr. Says Yes Can NEVER talk to a human in customer service, on hold 30+ minutes, several times, with no results Alpharetta Georgia

I've seen 2 doctors, one twice, and was told I wasn't a good candidate for surgery.(At "My Choice Medical's" request) That was over a year ago. I have called, and been automatically put on hold for 30+ minutes, with no one ever answering my call. I've left messages, with no results. After the doctors told me I couldn't have the surgery, My Choice gave me a hassle about refunding my deposit of $2000. Finally I was told that I would get a refund in 2-4 weeks, and that was a month ago, and still no refund. I've tried numerous times, and stayed on hold for 30+ minutes, trying to find out where my refund is. No one ever answers, they just automatically put my call on hold.
I read a previous complaint on here, and I do think this company is ripping people off with false advertising, and false promises.
All I want is my $2000. refund!!!
