Pure Weight Loss closed in Grand Rapids, Michigan while I was in the middle of my weight loss plan.

Pure Weight Loss required pre-payment of food bars and weight loss weeks which I cannot get refunded.

A certified letter (per their procedure) to the refund site came back undeliverable.
