Simple Aesthetics Coral Square Mall Purchased a laser hair removal package. Got halfway through my treatments and the company shut down with absolutley no notice or refund for unused treatements. Coral Springs, Florida

I purchased a laser hair removal package from Simple Aesthetics in Coral Square Mall. They were running a special at the time if you purchased 8 sessions you got 8 sessions free. The total price was approximately $800.00. Six weeks ago it was time for my next appointment when I received a call from their receptionist letting me know the laser machine was broken and they would have to reschedule. So I reset my appointment for about two to three weeks later. The day before that appointment I received another call telling me the machine was still broken and they would call me when the machine was fixed. This heightened my suspicions and I bluntly asked the receptionist if they were honestly planning on getting the machine fixed and she reassured me that they absolutely were. The part had to come in from California and it was taking longer then expected. Well another three weeks has gone by and I had received no call. I gave them a call only to find out thier number has been disconnected. I called the other number I had on file and it too has been disconnected. I went to their website to try and find out some information about what has been going on and their website has been removed. The company that still owes me quite a bit of hair removal sessions has closed down with no notice and no refund. They have taken my money for services that have not been rendered.
