We have written to this company asking them to stop sending the joint support formula that we never ordered, but again this month they've charged us for more. I called and made sure I was very calm and polite, saying only, "We've written to ask to have you stop sending the joint formula. Could you tell me what we need to do to get you to stop?" The representative instantly hung up on me. My VISA company says they can stop further charges, but it's too late for the charge that just came in, and I can "try" refusing the shipment, and later try to make them pay me back. That sounds doubtful, but since we have no use for the product, I might as well.
