A 1 American Complete Liars and incredibly rude . Norfolk Virginia

Contacted the company to get a tech out to service my heat unit. Called and requested a 1000 appointment time. Lady on phone said okay, quoted me a $78 fee for determining the problem. Made arrangement to be off work and be available.

1000 appointment time comes, no tech. 1100 comes, still no tech. Call the office to find out information. Lady attempts to contact tech, no answer. Comes back on the phone and tells me that she has no idea what time the tech will be available. I attempt to question her, she tells me not to interrupt her. Extremely rude. When I finally get a chance to question her about the appointment time, she gells me they do not make appointments. They guarantee no times at all, even the date apparently. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told there were none available. I requested a call back and left my information.

About 2 hours later, I received a return call from Samantha. I explained what had happened and how rude the person I spoke with had been. She did not care at all. I requested the name and address of the owner to file a complaint and she told me it was an absentee owner and any complaints would come right to her. I told her that would be an obvious waste of both of our time, as I had already given her all the information. I told her to cancel my request for service. After talking with several other people who had used A-1 American services, I am extremely glad I did not use their services. I heard nothing good at all about this company.

Beware of this company and save your time and money.
