I ordered my trial AcaiBerry Supreme 11-20-08, for $5.98. I was billed for this shipment and never received it. On 12-15-08, I was billed $88.62 for a shipment of something that was also never received. I called the toll free number of 1-866-938-4832.

I was told on the phone, by a recording, to reach mytrialsupport.com to file a report.

Nothing was said about automatically charging my account, and I did not authorize any future shipments of this product or any other products.

I would like to receive a refund.
