This company claims to give you back 100% of your investment in 48 weeks. The compnay has bounced numerous checks closed several accts. Richard M Hersch and Gregg Knee are the brains of the operations. They have taken over $11,000,000 from 100+ investors . Richard m Hersch has a prior in 1994 he defrauded the IRS for $1.1 milion. He was sent to prison for 5 yrs. He is back at it again. They pay you steady for a couple of weeks at a 5% of your investment and then you get nothing but excuses. The company doesnt answer calls anymore or pay you your return. On several ocaasion i did ask for my money back and Richard claims he doesnt have it . But will pay me all my money when asked when he claims "someday soon". IRS and FBI are currently investigatin this people. Richard M Hersch also has other business.

Richard M Hersch is now in custody and has no bail set for him. he is finally goin to pay for his senseless poni sheme crime. BEAUTIFULL ! He is looking at a minimum of 20 of 20 years. Great job FBI.

Richard Hersch has plead guilty to 2 charges 1. mail fraud 2. intent to defraud the IRS. The good news is this type of individuals who feel they might be invisible really arent. He is smart man for taking the plea deal. I wonder what would of happen if he would of gone to trial (Bernie Madoff) lol. His is currently still in custody and will be sentenced in the weeks to come. What ever he gets ( 15year i hope) he is and older man whos life is pretty much done any how. Great job San Diego FBI.
