When checking my AT&T phone bill last night I notice an extra $16 charge from a company called American EVoice, LTD - Voice Mail monthly fee. This isn't anything I had signed up for and don't need voice mail on my phone because I have an answering machine. I called the 800 number and they immediately said they would issue me a credit and cancel it..said it was authorized through a website called USPRIDEDRAW.COM under an e-mail address I haven't used in years. The lady suggested I call my phone company and ask that a 3rd party block be put on my phone account. I'm sure there are a lot of people that are being ripped off by this company and don't know it because they don't read their bills that closely.
