American Laser Center refused to give me my medical records-2 dr notes and no refund after c-section Downers Grove Illinois

I went to american laser and they will not give me a refund. I had a c-section 3 months before and was in intense pain over their attempt. They kept saying it should be fine even though I was crying. Finally the girl stopped. I went to my doctor and my ob said to wait atleast 1 year and my primary care dr said I am not a canadate for this procedurre. Even with 2 doctor notes stating that I am not a canadate, they still are not giving me a refund. I would like to join any lawsuit, I also know of another person too that was damaged by them. They also refused to give me my medical records. Perhaps this is a medical malpractice issue too since they ignored my pain and dr requests? I have been passed around to everyone in their headquarters #248-426-8250. I spoke to Kevin Piecuch who said if I have a dr note he would personally handle the refund. Now he does not remember that conversation. Apparently he cannot afford to loose that payment so he can pay for his mansion home in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. Then I spoke to Donna Seravich who is the manager at the Downers Grove location. She told me they would refund my money but refused to give me my medical records. Then she passed me to Robert Sephinger who passed me to Eva Burse at ext. 291. She is the customer service manager. She told me I will not get a refund due to my doctor's notes not being "worded right". I was also passed to Anthony (Paige) Zanlungo who was very brutish and rude. You would think he would be a nicer guy since he was just married in November and donates to muscular dystrophy harley ride for the cause but not. I also spoke to Cheryl Vogel who let Chase know they would not refund my money since the procedure was "started". (This procedure was attempted but stopped due to my pain and crying.) They also discussed my medical information infront of my mother-in-law which violates hippa. All of the information stated above was found on the internet, thanks to those who helped post info. We all need to stick together against companies like these.
