I ordered a phone case from ANT online for my sister's Christmas gift. Instead of receiving the case, I received a 4 pack of batteries. The packing slip confirmed that I ordered a phone case.

I called the company, on December 2nd, expecting an easy fix. They said that they would email me with an answer. They did email me that they would "investigate" this "potential" problem. And they also stated that they would get back to me in 6-7 business days. After no word on the 8th business day, I called them. They said that they would re-report the issue and get back to me within 6-7 business days. They also stated that to get a refund, I would have to send the batteries back. I explained that even though it was their error, not mine, I was being inconvenienced and would have to buy a padded envelope to mail back the batteries. When they made the error, I should not be inconvenienced, especially after not being contacted after the initial complaint! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that was not possible. Still no refund or phone case on December 14th. Wasted $17 and all I got was a four pack of batteries. Hope my sister will take that for Christmas. 

I told the company on the phone that I either wanted an immediate refund or for them to send the phone case that I ordered so that it would get here before Christmas. He acted like that was not possible and that he would have to get back to me via email to see if that request is permissable. I asked to speak to the supervisors that would grant the request and he said no.
