Like the other complains I am not satisfied with the service since there is always something wrong with the equipment but I only tried to contact them once and actually the person I talked was not very helpful. I did not take the time to bother them regarding the problem since my mother is always home and the alarm is not much of a use for me. Now since I am moving I called them to cancel my account and they said I can't and just like the others I didn't see the 36-months agreement in the contract. They told me I can either transfer the service to somebody who can continue the contract or pay the $600+ remaining balance. Right now I am not financially capable of paying anything that is also another reason I would like to stop the service. I am not paying them anymore, it will be against my credit report but I will try to file a suit thru BBB. I don't now what else to do but I cannot pay them anymore.
