Axin Financial Does this ever end?? rip-off Irvine California

I too bought a grant program in 2001 and signed up for a credit card machine for which I paid something like $40.00 per month. I never set up the store and in 2003 I was presented with a contract with Axin for my business. I never used the business or the credit card machine. I notice in late 2007 that I was being billed for the machine and cancelled. I was charged a cancellation fee after noticing that at the end of each year one paid in the 100's for a year end fee. I wrote and got the thing cancelled and the cancellation fee credited. Then randomly I get billed for this Axin Financial. There has never been any use and I'm not clear how to stop it or how long the stupid contract goes on. I may have to change my bank account to geth it cancelled.
