Read UFOC, call other owners specialy from out of state if you are still interested there are current owner might sell you their route for cheaper price.

They are loosing client becasue their old employees join compition, and they are blaming franchisee for not maintaining relationship.

No guarantees for the gross revenue. You could lost your accounts very soonThey will not relace any of your lost accounts.No support at all and you still pay 10% in fee.
The invoice is alway wrong, they will take you money without correct the invoice.

Don't buy this franchise insted RUN with your money.
