Banfield Pet Hospital Wouldn't Reimburse Taxes I Paid On A Returned Item Springfield Missouri

I purchaed a product from Banfield Pet Hospital in Springfield, Missouri that was nearly sixty dollars. I was charged about four dollars in taxes.

The product had to be returned. As I had written a check for the item, I waited ten days prior to returning to the store. When I took it for reimbursement today, I was informed that it was company policy not to return taxes paid on any items and I was only reimbursed for the exact amount of the purchase. This is a form of stealing.

Never in 69 years and after returning numerous items to numerous stores, I have NEVER had this experience.

Don't buy from this company.
