Like others on this site, we were contacted out of the blue and told that we owed $698 for 2 years of service. I have no idea who authorised this and they couldn't tell me. THey say that they have sent an invoice, which we never received and now my staff are receiving regular phone calls demanding payment ... when we haven't even had an invoice.

This seems like a scam and having read the other entries I will not pay. They seem to have an entry for my organization on their website - but the address is wrong and I have no idea what their supposed service is.
