BMG Music Service Never Heard Of It, How Did They Get My Info? got ahold of my name and info and charged me a ridiculous amount Oklahoma City Oklahoma

So it's the beginning of the year and around the time where I go to Equifax to do my yearly checkup on my credit report.

Everything seems to be doing okay until... BAM, "What is this? Another collection service hounding my very fragile credit score once again?" So I clicked on it to view the details.

Low and behold was BMG Music Service. A service I have never even heard of, or ever even applied for with a Credit Limit of $33 and a Recent Balance of $203 dollars as of December 12th 2008. Well thinking back to December, I was away from the house constantly between visiting my fiance's parents and going to work. Oh, and let's not forget to mention that I was in the middle of planning a big move to a new apartment for the both of us. During that time, the only card in my wallet. My debit card from Wachovia, was only used for paying bills.

I've looked over my statements from back in December 12th and have found nothing from BMG Music Service charged to it at all.

How could I have ordered these mysterious items without a credit card? Or without a debit card?

How would the order even be placed without an automatic charge to my bank account?

BMG Music Service is a fraud, and even more so they somehow get a hold of people's personal information and then try to put them into collections to gain their money. I never received billing information from the company and I demand to see it.
