Bottonline Books Billing me for returned book Internet

I looked at a book on line but did not order it because I do not have credit cards. They sent it anyway. I called for a re-turn lable 3x's and typed a note to the Home page. I got a reply that said they will send a lable out right away. The phone person looked at the computer notes and said " yes I see you called 2x's prior and yes a lable has been sent 2x's." Next I got a bill for that book. I called again.. and asked for a return lable. When I got it, I attached it, marked refused, and sent it back.
NOW I have a bill from them,..and they've sent some other book to me. I marked "return" and sent back.
