Business Max, Shoppingessen, Todaysescapes Unauthorized charges to my credit card Connecticut

I just realized that 3 companies that are all related were charging my credit card for a year. I called one of the companies today Business Max and they told me it has been happening for a year. They apologized and told me all the charges are going to be refunded (for the whole year). I curiously asked about other companies that I saw in my credit card charging me the same amount $17.95 and they are all related! They were able to see those charges too! The companies are ShoppingEssentials and Todays Escapes. Another charge that occurred is from VistaPrint every month for $14.95. They told me they can also take care of that charge.

I am waiting to see when the reversal is done and if it is done. I wonder how many people like me never realize that this is happening and are giving their money away to these so-called companies!
My husband also uses this credit card so I am guessing one thought the other was making these charges. I am definately going to keep a close eye to my statements every month.

The worst thing is that these companies do not provide anything! The person on the phone was trying to explain to me what the companies did and I could not understand what is it I was paying for. They are just there to charge credit cards and nothing more. Unfortunately I am sure they make a lot of money from people who do not check the charges.
