This company is a complete scam!! I saw the ad at Pennysaver in February 2008 and I called here for house rent. Jorge told me they have an exclusive house lists which he lied after we found out that they took listings from other sources. Also he said I have to pay $180($60 for checking credit and $120 deposit it is refundable after 90 days) for credit check and will deal with house owner. After we found out that they gave me a wrong rental price. I saw the exact same property at MLS site with higher price and Jorge gave me lot cheaper than current price listing at MLS site. Even I contacted him for checking property, he hold me like more than 10 minutes. The process was extremely slow. I don't know even they checked my credit. My wife and I was so upset dealing with them so we didn't go there for 3 months. After I visited office after 90 days, we asked for refund. The Latino woman said that it will take 7 -10 days to process to receive a check. Also I asked delete my social security number from my original file. She was copying my wife's social security number inside of office. Anyways, we were really upsetting for this incident. We were waiting for refund check but we received a letter from Capital and it said that I didin't come to office to update my file twice a week which Jorge didn't mention before.

Anyways, I am reporting this company to sheriff office. Don't ever use this company. YOU WILL REGRET!!!
