On July 14, 2008, I paid $5,000 to Cashcall as full and final payment of a $5,000 loan I had taken out in 2006. I had been paying $254.69 for the past 13 months and my balance was going up, not down.

Since that time, I have received numerous harrasing calls for payment of "interest". Each day I receive a call the amount increases.

This company prays on those with less than perfect credit and then hassles them after full payment has been received to obtain additional funds. It is a ripoff to say the least.

With CashCall...you might as well be dealing with a barrel full of venomous snakes....Never trust any verbal agreement about a "settlement" that they offer you over the phone.

I hope you got a written agreement from CashCall for this payoff balance PRIOR to paying them...If you don't, you're in trouble....
