CreditReport.com, MNI Credit Report Deceptive Subscription Services Internet

I am a careful consumer and I was surprised to see money come out of my credit card from a company I had never heard of. I called my credit card company assuming it was fraudulant charges and had my card canceled and a new one reissued. Later I realized that this company was claiming that I signed up for their services. I told them to immediately cancel me as I had never signed up in the first place. I have subsequantly called and requested that the money be refunded. They refused claiming that they had performed services for me. Based on the number of reports I have seen about this company, I feel that they should be invesigated.
