I received a letter in the mail from this CRM Rewards Department that said that they had been trying to reach me with "good news". The letter looked really funny to me because it had my correct street # on it, but my actual apartment # wasn't on the letter. My name is on the inside on my mailbox and that's how the maillady knew where to put it. Well, it was a Sunday night when I actually got the letter out of my mailbox and I knew the business wouldn't be receiving phone calls, but I wanted to call anyway to hear what the answering service said and maybe find out who this actually was. I really wasn't that surprised when there wasn't an answering service, machine, or recorded message. The phone just kept ringing. That's when I looked up this company on the internet and this web site came up when I typed in the name.
