CTSS ,Office Of The Director Received a "Cash Transfer Security Systems" Form 1923A informing me that I have won $998,407.77 and that I must return the enclosed form within 10 days and a check in the amount of $24.87 made out to CTSS in order to receive the money. Las Vegas Nevada

They have sent me a letter that states that I am a Guaranteed Winner of $998,407.77 and in order to receive this prize money, I must send them a check in the amount of $24.87 within 10 days. If they don't receive the check from me within 10 days, the money will be forefeited. I would think that if I have won such a large sum of money and it is guaranteed, I would have been notified by certified mail. Also, I should not have to pay $24.87 in order to claim such a large amount of cash. Do they really believe that I would part with $24.87 in these times of economic difficulty? This is such a phony! Beware. They probably need the money within 10 days, so that they can then close out the p.o. box and find a new one in another location.
