Data Source Solutions Internet web consulting company rip off scam Wilmington Delaware

This company sent us a bill for $495.00, since we never heard of them we called to find out what this was. I was told they use our name for search engines on the internet. I investigatied this further only to find out they have our name listed like the "yellow pages" with no link to anything.

Furthermore, I never authorized this service and they invoice you a year later. There is no signed authorization on file, and they said it was authorized by phone! I never gave anyone authorization to do this. Now 1 year later, (so they say) they are billing us for posting our name on there website which looks like the yellow pages.

I am very upset and we are not paying this bill. Be on the look-out for this scam. Watch what you pay for. I am sure there are lots of business that are paying for this and can get the same information online for free!
