David Morgan & Associates Harrassing Telephone Calls Threating Jail Time Winter Garden Florida

I have been receiving phone calls from this company also regarding a payday loan back 2004 which I believed was paid for. About six weeks ago I started receiving these threatening calls stating if I did not take care of this immediately I would need to get in touch w/my attorney to have him contact Leo Waders at 321-821-0017 which supposedly is his direct line that if I did not wire payment by 10:00am the next day I would be basically arrested. Unfortunately I did wire them 100.00 by moneygram and naturally this payment does not show on this so called amount due..this was 240.00 loan which is now about 1200.00. Did not hear from them again until recently. I regret wiring this money to them. I do not having a problem repaying this if it is truly due and if I can be sent paperwork on this matter, which I am told this is impossible to do.

Again being "nervous" scared etc I said I would send in a few hundred dollars in a couple of weeks..i was then told that I would need to fax a letter to Leo Waders stating this fact. After reading comments from so many other people and knowing that money I did wire to them does not show I will not fax confirmation letter stating above and have emailed Atty General Office in Florida. I have been informed by several people that I will not be arrested if I can truly believe this I will rest a bit easier.
