Then the person says they will buy my domain name for $6000, but first they want an appraisal. Then they recommend Easynamesale.com for an appraisal and say they won't accept any other appraisals from other company's.

They also have links to some bogus blogs promoting easynamesale.com.

Found out from several sites that this is a huge scam and it has been going on for awhile. They guy just changes names and websites but keeps the same letter format.
