Emerchant Club Rip Off-Not rankable-No amount of marketing can help-Will not make money back-Took app. $4000 Internet, Internet

I purchased a webstore from Emerchant Club and it looked great.  The problem came when I could not get it ranked.  Come to find out it is a replicated site and not rankable in google.  No amount of marketing helped.  Nor did the countless number of hours I spent trying to fix the search engine optimization or keyword placement.  I did however rank my page that I made and put on my webstore.  It ranked on the first page of google.  But the AmericanBecca webstore never ranked.  I did all sorts of marketing and nothing helped.  The problem is, its so replicated (duplicated) that no amount of work that you do will make it a profitable site.  Emerchant Club Misrepresents this product.  They say that you will make all kinds of money when in reality they know it wont bring you in much of anything.  I lost approx $4,000 just in the purchase of the site.  Then another $30 a month on hosting fee.  I was smart enough not to purchase a lot of merchandise or catalogs that I did not need.  I did not purchase merchandise for a flee market either , thank God.  They also prohibit your interacting with anyother webstore purchaser or they can sue you.  They also make it where you cannot make a class action suit against them, as far as I know.  If I am wrong about this please , some lawyer let me know.  I am willing to be a member of a class action suit agains Emerchant Club.  I do however like smc products.  Thats why I purchased the webstore from Emerchant Club in the first place.
