EMI - TLG BUYERS, HOMESOURCE, EASYSAVER, AMERICAN LEISURE The company charged me a total of $74 one month for purchases I didn't make. Blue Ridge Summit Pennsylvania

I checked my banking statement, and had 4 different charges to companies for purchases I didn't make. And I've never heard of the companies! So I googled each of the companies (TLG Buyers, EasySaver, HomeSource, and American Leisure), and of course they were all part of the same parent company and all had tons of scam report and warnings linked to them. Each time I called the company (from one of the many 800 numbers they have), I was on hold for at least ten minutes before being connected to an extremely rude customer care associate.

The associates each told me that a) I had to have signed up for the service, and b) they can't find any of my membership information. After that, the associates transferred me to a different department in the company, where I was on hold for over a half an hour each time before I finally hung up. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and first thing next Monday, I'm going to sit on hold all day if I have to, I want each of the "purchases" I made refunded (TLG Buyers- 13.99, HomeSource- 19.80, EasySaver- 19.80, American Leisure- 19.80)!
