I will not write a lengthy statement as the same thing has occurred to another person that complained about this same criminal enterprise on your site and my experiences mirrors exactly what happened to them and the frustration at getting no help from AT&T or the fraudulent billings from ESBI.

Talked to a person once, and since, only get a taped recorded run around. Paid with credit card cause AT&T threatened to cut off phone service if I didn't pay and then finally admitted it happenned to them to, and issued a one time credit. They are in it as deep as ESBI and are facilitators that refuse to help their clients.

Now payiing with credit card affords me the one opportunity to fight these organized criminal organizations by contesting AT&T fraudulent charges.
We will see if it helps as it cannot hurt, as this is how they get away with this, with help from AT&T facilitating their criminal activity.
