I hope this helps anyone who has fallen under this scam. On the 10th of November I placed and order for Acai berry 500. At the time Acai was endorsed by Opera, Rachael Ray and other celebs along with doctors. I saw a decent add on myspace. And was directed to a top five site regarding the top five acai berry products Acai berry 500 was at the top. At the time the website had a completely different look and name; (extreme acai berry.com is where I placed my order, yet on my credit statement it showed up as myvipfit.com) I was directed to a different site by the original website which appeared very legit. This is scary because each acai product that was in the top five led me to this very legit site. So by no means did rip off even come to mind. Until after I waited two to three days and saw that a site called myvipfit.com had billed me the basic shipping and handling. This was not the site I had ordered from. I went to this site and read there terms and agreements and mad does not describe what I felt. It had a disclamer stating that if I did not call within I believe seven days after I had odered that my card would be billed a whopping $89 dollars. Good luck to them because this is a Wal-mart Visa gift card and I have printed out info on this site along with others. I hope that many of us can get together with attornies and file a joint lawsuit. There are other websites that are linked to Acai berry 500, as well so for now just buy acai berry from a legit site that you have ordered from before. For now I would stay away from anything that says free shipping and handling Acai. I hope this has helped.
