Ficka & Associates is representing himself as a lawyer, but he's not Orlando Florida

William Ficka with Ficka & Associates tried to collect a debt with my company with false representation. He called and said he was a lawyer and was requesting my Medicare and Medicaid provider numbers to access confidentional patient information

I knew he was a lawyer at that moment because I recited the HIPPA law to him, and he had no clue what I was speaking about. He told me that I was suppose to provide those acct numbers to him so that he can give them to the government. The government issued those numbers to us, so I knew something was fishy.

Not only did I write him a Cease & Desist letter, but I reported hiim to the Texas Attorney General's office, Texas State Bar, Chief of Disciplinary Council, and Florida State Bar.

Anyone dealing with this man should report him immediatly and also research him on the internet. It is unbelievable of all the allegations that have been put against him that say the same exact thing that I delt with...
