I had to care for my sister who witnessed her husband commite suicide last year. She does not have a computer. I was caring for her when my free trial was up. I canceled a day and a half later and begged the company not to bill me. They sent me an e-mail basically reminding me that i should have read the fine print. I even explained what I just wrote above. Heartless.

The buttkicker is that I was looking for a house for my sister. She can't live where the tragedy happened and we don't have much money.
