I ordered a fifteen count bottle of AcaiBerry. There was a small notice stating that I must cancel future orders within fourteen days, or my credit card would be charged $89.31 for another order. I tried several different phone numbers on 10/20/08 to try and cancel. Either there was no answer and the number would disconnect, or the line was busy. This occurred with all of the numbers. I was not able to contact the company at all because of this. When I contacted the BBB, the Florida address that I provided was just the shipment site. I was told the company was in Utah. When I contacted the BBB in Utah, they said that the address was in Florida. No result at either place.
