2/3/09, sent for a cd giving directions for filling out grant requests. They cd never arrived.

On 2/13/09 my credit card was charged $58.61. I have no idea what this charge is for. I did not sign up for anything with these people, i only ordered a cd, nothing else.

They do not give an address or phone number on their email showing receipt of my cd order. Now i can see why, they don't want to be found.
