This company is harassing my parents.....even showed up at their home to shove a phone in their face to tell them someone wanted to talk to them

has anyone reported this company to the better business bureau i looked them up on there and they are said to have one resolved complaint in the last 36 months
just trying to figure out which avenu to take for a course of legal action

a mortgage company cannot show up at your home and force you to talk to them........can they?? i would think that would fall under some kind of aggressive harassment/stalking charge

Greentree Mortgage Company, L. P. just recently discovered this complaint naming our Company.

The company listed in this complaint is not Greentree Mortgage Company, L. P., in Marlton, New Jersey. Greentree Mortgage Company, L. P. is a Mortgage Banker in New Jersey that originates new mortgages and does not service loans. We are not licensed in Michigan.
