Half.com Poor customer service no way to reach them for fradgulant charges they want too much personal information via fax. They need a human answering phone Internet

I discovered a fradulant charge on my personal credit card account. My card company gave me their number to call. I called it option one is for card charges that aren't yours..I was expecting a human..but got detailed instructions to fax my information card number..drivers license..email..you cant get ahold of anyone..tried to send info..line busy. My bank told me not to send them anything and they will take care of it.they have facebook can't even get them on that..bad internet company that u can't reach them if there is an issue!!
