Inetgiant.com Non Authorized Recurring Billing on service purchased Staten Island New York

I purchased a one time classified ad for a social networking site called Yuwie and I purchased extras such as website submission, featured ad and etc. The cost was in excess of $80 in which Inetgiant keeps rebilling me. They have rebilled my credit card four times and it forced me to change my credit card number. I want my money back and someone needs to put an end to this company immediately. Has anyone else experienced this issue with Inetgiant? They have a phone number, but cannot ever reach an actual person, you must send them an e-mail that they rarely respond to. I hope these people get sent to prison for fraud.
