Intelius Inc. Gave Intelius an exact Name and Social Security number ONLY of an individual to obtain any and all Criminal, Traffic and/or Civil actions against this person. Received 88 hits, none of which were mine Bellevue Washington

I contacted INTELIUS to obtain any and all Criminal, Traffic and Civil cases against a certain individual. INTELIUS required their $49.95 fee in advance. I paid, via CC.
INTELIUS asked the Name of the individual, First and Last Name ONLY. Was not interested in the persons middle name.  They also requested the persons Social Security Number. 

Now, with this information, of Name and Social Security Number ONLY, which would or should have only identified ONE person on this planet earth, INTELIUS forward over Eight-eight (88) hits of persons with or close to the name I was inquiring about.

Now, I had already checked with the State Department of Law Enforcement and had received six (6) traffic charges and convictions on this exact individual in the past twenty (20) years, with the most recent within the last two years ago. 

Now the Rip-off by INTELIUS. They, in their total of 88 hits did not even list one of the six official state public records I had already obtained on this individual. I had no idea that so many people had the Exact same name and Social Security number as given to me by INTELIUS. 

Anyhow, I did call INTELIUS direct and questioned what was going on. The said they were not the custodian of any records only the reporter, and that many agencies have destroyed their public records over the years. They had no answer for how I could get the official pubic records from the State and they could not. They sent me an acknowledgement in writing, 7/29/09, I can expect a refund in 5 to 7 days.

 8/28/09 >I am still waiting.
