Our company was hired by Kevin Fugate with Transcend Marketing to provide voice-work on a narrative project. The client signed a contract, we delivered the audio, and then the client disappeared. Won't communicate with us and won't pay. Now in collections. Do not do business with this person.

Our company was just named in Kevin Fugate's Bankruptcy, filed in the Northern District of California. Client never attempted to reconcile his account with us, prior to declaring bankruptcy.
