I was injured on the job sept.11,07 i have been to many different doctors about my injury . Come to find out after going to the 3rd doctor I have a few bad disc in my lower back .I was sent to another doctor and he said surgery was needed to fix my problems but the insurance company refuses to do anything about the problem. this mess has been going on for over a year now . I have 3 young kids who doesn't have a dad no more. it is hard for me to walk at times i have pain all down my lower back and leg .

they owe me back pay where somebody tried to cheat me out of my money they refuse to pay . i get a lot of empty promises . they owe me for the miles I got to travel to see doctors they refuse to pay .

I don't really understand why these people are allowed to get away with doing this type of stuff to people. My family and i get a very little amount from workman's comp. But with the cost of living going up everyday it's really getting hard to keep our heads above water now.

Times are getting real bad on us now and all we want is for the insurance company to do is help us . approve the surgery so i can get back to work and on with my Family life. And it would be nice to recieve the money that they owe us .

The biggest rip-off I ever seen hurt on the job over a year ago. Still fighting to get a surgery done that their doctor requested .I still have the lower back pain and leg pain.This insurance company is not worth a crap in my book .

I just wish they would do what the doctor ask to do . and pay me what they owe my family and I. Then I could get on with my life and go back to work times are really starting to get bad on us.

But they don't give a damn about people who go out here to make a living and help make this world go around .all they want to do is rip everybody off. To help save their on pockets not the people they are suppose to help.

they have owed my family over $2,000 dollars for over a year now still owe us for the months worth of miles to travel to the doctors.

what makes me mad is they can get away with doing this type crap to the working people but u try to owe them over $2,000 dollars and then see what happens

WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
