I placed an order back on 10/10/08 the order cost me $229.00. i waited a full month for the order,then tried to call the 866 number repeatedly. they never picked up there phones.

i tried e-mailing them several times,and finally got a reply about a week later.they asked me to be patient and wait for them to re-send the order as it must have been lost in the mail.i agreed to that.

i waited yet another month,and still no order all the while calling there 866 number and trying to e-mail them.they never answered there phones.i got a few e-mails back saying not to worry,that the order was on it's way.i never got it.

i finally got tired of the b/s and asked for my money back thru e-mail as they refuse to answer there phones.they told me the money would be back in my account within 2 weeks.its been three weeks and they still haven't refunded my money or answered there phones.

it has been three months since i originally placed my order.i haven't seen my order or my money since.I've called them probably close to one hundred times only to get a recording.

i left my phone number and name so they could call me back.they never have.i just called over the last few days.and now i get a recording that that number is no longer in service.it's becoming quite obvious that I've been ripped off
