This company is the worst. We got into a subprime mortgage in 2005,little did we know our mortgage would go up from 1400 to 2200 a month, we tried doing a loan mod with them several times only to here we did not send paper work in.I then sent it registered mail and a Nic S signed for it.again they siad we did not send the paper work in. I called after 10 to 20 times no call back We got ahold of the Divisions of Banks that gave us a direct line to the loan mod office,she said they got the paper work but did not do the mod because it would put to much on the end of the loan.they sent a foreclosure notice in Jan 08.Foreclosed on us in July 08 WE had to file bankruptcy to get out of this mess.we our still living in the house as squatters,now its feb 09, finally got a notice to quit in 3 days,then the bank offered us money to get out,we are going to court when the eviction comes,the bank bought the house back for 124000.00,then sent us a fogiven debt of 99000.00 that we have to claim as earned income.we have 6 children and have not been able to find a place to live because our credit and the bankruptcy we make 70k a year and could make our payments if they had stayed the same.I dont get why they did not want to work with us. only 1 person was nice to us all the other were rude and wanted 10k to 16 k to even talk to us.no one contacted us since july 08.they probably could not find the paper work. We are still hopeful we can work something out,but we doubt it. good luck to all who are going threw the same stuff.thanks
