Lone Star Direct Savings Unfullfilled promises, disappeared, unable to get info on products I need Dallas Texas Internet

We were drawn in by one of those recieving a ticket in the mail advertisements. You had to call to reserve your space in their seminar. Each seminar had 20 people and some people were hooked and others were not. Unfortunately we were one of those couples that were hooked.

In the beginning, we had no problem logging on to their website. It was extremely easy to login (which should have been my first sign). I did recieve some quotes on a couple of items I was interested in but others they told me they were not contracted with them. I also had shopped around for the items I asked for quotes. I was able to find the items less expensive than their quotes.

I shopped travel arrangements through Lonestar and did get some good bargains. The money I saved on those travel arrangements was not enough to offset our membership. I have just recently tried to shop travel arrangements when I discovered I was unable to login to their website. I was receiving a error message.

Just recently Lonestar deducted from our account the yearly membership fee. I am now going to go to my bank and dispute this as being an unapproved deduction. This scam has not cost us as much as several others we've been hooked on. We've only lost around $2000.00 to date.
