Luke Jaten - PostCard Profits Luke Gatan, Have never received refund Ontario, California

I ordered the Postcard Profits training program. Went through all of it and decided it wasn't for me at that time. Bundled it up, sent it back within the trial period. That was in September, 2009. On October 19, 2009 a debit purchase of $59.95 came out of my bank account. I have called the company multiple times and the call center people assure me that my money is being returned. One of Luke Jaten's partners is Ryan Higgins of Mind Movies. I could never reach Ryan to cancel Mind Movies so had to close my business bank account. I called Postcard Profits, gave them my new routing number, account number and to this day (now 125 days later) I have not received my money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she, as well as another young woman in the call center, red flagged my account but to no avail.
